SEO and analytics

Frankly, I don't have much to add here as this is really important stuff and you need to pay attention.

I can tell you that Nathan Stewart, our resident SEO guru, is amazingly smart and persistent — he stares at his computer screen for hours on end, making notes and cat scratches, embellished by an occasional, "Ahhhh.." or "ummmmm" or the proverbial "YES! A number 2 rank on Google Organic!" at which point he hops up, nearly knocking me off his desk, and runs to tell Deb he's been successful in his efforts again.
